Mr. Shezad Moten first entered the private security sector while attaining his Criminology degree. Having carefully honed his knowledge in various avenues of the security industry over the last 22 years, he quickly recognized that he had an ability to deliver standout customer service while never losing focus on the operational and logistical challenges that go hand in hand with securing a variety of communities and facilities.
Joining forces with Marksman Security in 2012, he works at strengthening the organization by ensuring that its culture of customer service and innovation remains on par with its identity as a leader in the security services industry. Mr. Moten comes to Marksman with a wealth of experience, including a 10-year stint as president of a South-Florida-based security firm he helped found in 2002. His other experiences range from directing security operations for award-winning commercial buildings in Atlanta to designing and implementing security protocols for some of the country’s most exclusive gated communities.
Mr. Moten holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from the University of Florida and is a proud member of the Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity. He is also a member of ASIS and The National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS).

With more than 20 years of experience in law enforcement and in the security industry, Mr. Todd Jordan has devoted his career to ensuring the safety of others. With diverse roles in law enforcement, he brings extensive knowledge in crime prevention, conflict resolution, and emergency response.

Mr. Jordan began his career in law enforcement, where he refined his investigative skills, promoted public safety, and engaged with the community. After transitioning to the private security sector, he played a crucial role in formulating comprehensive security strategies for organizations, ensuring the safety of assets and personnel.

Since joining Marksman Security in 2021, Mr. Jordan has quickly advanced within our organization, leveraging his exceptional customer service skills to closely collaborate with client partners, initially in the Atlanta market and soon after in the Carolinas.

As Vice President, he oversees operations, manages client relationships, and develops innovative security strategies prioritizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Mr. Jordan advocates that effective security extends beyond protection; it involves understanding client partners’ unique needs and establishing trust through exceptional service.
