Security Supervisors usually perform the following tasks under the direct supervision of their Operations Manager. They oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area or site(s) and conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.

Security Field Supervisors oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
  

  Responsibilities:

  • Working Site Supervisor on shift
  • Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor
  • Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
  • Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
  • Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
  • Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
  • Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
  • Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
  • Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
  • Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
  • Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
  • Other duties to be determined by management

  Qualifications:

  • • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Level II Noncommissioned security license (Required)
    • Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
    • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
    • Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Attentive to detail
    • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
    • Active duty military or 3-5 years of law enforcement or first responder experience-REQUIRED
    • Must be able to pass background check, drug test, and MVR
