concierge level of service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Monday -Friday 9-6 work availability is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience is organziational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming uniform needs for security officers with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Maintain stock room in a neat orderly and clean fashion.
• Resolves officers uniform needs and assists in all inquiries in connection with site specifications etc.
• Checks in/out uniforms in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Receive incoming orders and requirements.
• Monitor and operate the stock room, keeping full management of inventory and new orders
• Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
• Generate reports for unform needs, theft, and other incidents that may occur in an efficient manner
• Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
• Makes monthly and quarterly reports on uniform stock

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Be in great physical fitness in order to move about the Uniform room and move stock around
• At least 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to pass a crminial background check and drug screen
