Mark E. Radi
President & Founder
Marksman Security was founded in 2003 by Mr. Mark E. Radi, a South Florida based entrepreneur and former law enforcement officer. Mr. Radi was introduced to security infrastructures at a very young age, living abroad with his family at U.S. embassies in turbulent areas such as Pakistan and Egypt while his father served as a diplomat.
Mr. Radi’s background encompasses several years serving as a law enforcement officer in South Florida as well as 20 plus years of private security experience. He had always aspired to own his own company, and in 2003 seized the opportunity when he established Marksman Security Corporation to serve the security needs of businesses and communities throughout South Florida.
Mr. Radi started Marksman Security to fill an unmet demand for a professional, performance-driven security service. Throughout his career, Mr. Radi has focused on three core values that he attributes to the success of Marksman Security: integrity, consistency, and long-lasting relationships with clients and employees.
Mr. Radi attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Lynn University. He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and is a supporter of the Police Athletic League, Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Lynn University.

Ezekiel “Zeke” A. Kaufman
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO and co-owner of Marksman Security, Mr. Ezekiel Kaufman’s leadership, insight, and operational expertise have strengthened Marksman’s culture of innovation and collaboration, expanded the company into new markets, and extended its portfolio and scope of service.
Prior to joining Marksman in 2006, Mr. Kaufman was an attorney with a national law firm, focusing on commercial real estate transactions and condominium/community association development. Mr. Kaufman earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2003 and his Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Hotel Administration in 2000. Mr. Kaufman is a member of the Florida, Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., bar associations.
As a volunteer Guardian ad Litem before the courts of Florida’s Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Mr. Kaufman represents the interests of children removed from their homes and placed in foster care because of abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Mr. Kaufman was awarded the 2012 Rookie Guardian ad Litem of the Year Award for his work in this area. He also serves on the Admissions Committee of the Cornell Hotel School and is a supporter of Voices for Children.

Shezad A. Moten
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Shezad Moten first entered the private security sector while attaining his Criminology degree. Having carefully honed his knowledge in various avenues of the security industry over the last 22 years, he quickly recognized that he had an ability to deliver standout customer service while never losing focus on the operational and logistical challenges that go hand in hand with securing a variety of communities and facilities.
Joining forces with Marksman Security in 2012, he works at strengthening the organization by ensuring that its culture of customer service and innovation remains on par with its identity as a leader in the security services industry. Mr. Moten comes to Marksman with a wealth of experience, including a 10-year stint as president of a South-Florida-based security firm he helped found in 2002. His other experiences range from directing security operations for award-winning commercial buildings in Atlanta to designing and implementing security protocols for some of the country’s most exclusive gated communities.
Mr. Moten holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from the University of Florida and is a proud member of the Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity. He is also a member of ASIS and The National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS).

Harlan I. Press
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Harlan Press has more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience with public and privately owned businesses. In July 2015 Mr. Press was appointed Chief Financial Officer and he uses his financial expertise and leadership skills to streamline and improve the operational practices at Marksman Security.
Prior to joining Marksman, Mr. Press was the Chief Financial Officer for various businesses, where he has accomplished a NASDAQ Capital Markets Uplisting, transacted numerous equity and debt transactions, increased shareholder value, completed and integrated mergers and acquisitions, enhanced revenue growth along with profitability, and has established best practices, developed and implemented automated systems and complex internal controls.
Mr. Press is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jason R. Logsdon
Chief Innovation Officer
Mr. Jason Logsdon’s skills, expertise and experience in property, service, personnel and fiscal management proved instrumental in Marksman’s ability to maintain accountability and consistency throughout its westward expansion. Under the leadership of Mr. Logsdon, not only has Marksman Security successfully entered this highly competitive market, but the branch itself has thrived in unprecedented growth, service excellence and dependability.
Prior to joining Marksman Security, Mr. Logsdon was General Manager for a luxury high-rise in Florida. Notably, he maintains his credentials today as a licensed community association manager and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas High-rise and Condominium Association as it’s Vice President. Mr. Logsdon’s previous experience includes over a decade in hotel management/operations for upscale, select-service hotels in Virginia, Washington and Las Vegas followed by branch management in Florida for two of the nation’s largest national banks.
Mr. Logsdon is an alumnus of the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, and gained leadership experience with the U.S. Army Reserve and is a member of ASIS, IREM, CAI, the LVHCA and IFMA.

Mr. Jake Heathman joins Marksman Security with nearly two decades of senior leadership experience in the security industry. During the course of his career, he has provided his expertise to clients in a variety of market segments including Residential Luxury Condos, Commercial Real Estate, Fortune 500 Corporate Campuses, Higher Education, Manufacturing and Healthcare. Mr. Heathman is a proven industry leader who champions a results-driven professional philosophy in all areas of security services business model. Mr. Heathman forged his knowledge of the security staffing industry while working in some of the most competitive and diverse markets in the United States.
Mr. Heathman has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to develop a best-in-class product for clients while never losing focus on the importance of supporting his internal teams. His dedication to teamwork and client satisfaction truly highlights his commitment to not only Marksman’s culture but it’s growth as well.
Mr. Heathman is a graduate of the University of Iowa, having earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, as well as another in Entrepreneurial Management.

Richard P. Mullan
Chief Operating Officer, Emeritus
Mr. Richard Mullan joined Marksman Security with over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the security industry providing customized security solutions and expertise in all market segments; Commercial Real Estate, Maritime Security, Aviation Security, High-Tech Facilities, Residential Security, Fortune 500 Corporations, Higher Education, Government Services, and Healthcare. He brings results-focused progressive experience with national organizations through cultivating strong customer relationships, developing talents, and building customer & employee centric cultures.
His leadership experience includes Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, Vice President/Managing Partner, Regional Vice President, and Vice President/General Manager. Prior to his entry in the security industry Mr. Mullan had a successful law enforcement career serving as; Assistant Chief of Police, Regional Director for the 1996 Olympics, Executive Protection Director for the International Olympic Committee President, and Special Agent Secretary of Defense Protective Services Detail.
Mr. Mullan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice & Political Science from the University of the State of New York. He has been an active board member in the United Way and engaged in professional organizations; ASIS, BOMA, Maritime Security Council, IAHSS, and CAI.

Todd Carroll
Executive Vice President of Operations
Mr. Todd Carroll joins Marksman Security with more than 35 years of experience in the contract security industry and a well-known record of helping make security firms more profitable, more admired, and better at what they do. He has provided service in such key positions as General Manager, Division Vice President, Regional Vice President and Regional President.
Mr. Carroll is experienced in all facets of field office operation, as well as business plan development and execution for long term growth and profitability. He has expertise in client interface, servicing large, prestigious accounts; and serving as liaison to assure client satisfaction.
Mr. Carroll is known for developing employee discipline and morale, keeping turnover substantially below industry norms, and leveraging employee loyalty and commitment to benefit both the client and the security firm.

Michael Carrillo
Senior Vice President
Mr. Mike Carrillo leads Marksman Security’s Corporate Headquarters alongside Joel Leffler, Senior Vice President, and Medgar Love, Senior Vice President, where he contributes his 10 plus years of experience in the security industry to our office and field operations teams. Prior to joining Marksman, Mr. Carrillo served in the United States Coast Guard.
Since joining the Marksman family in 2003, Mr. Carrillo has worked in just about every capacity, starting as a security officer and rising to executive leadership. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Carrillo acts as a direct liaison between clients and the company, ensuring security standards, policies and procedures meet the Marksman standard of excellence. He has amassed a vast knowledge of security trends relating to commercial real estate, corporate campus, and residential properties, enabling him to anticipate issues and provide unmatched service.
Mr. Carrillo is committed to strengthening our brand not only throughout South Florida, but nationally as well. He actively participates in veteran support organizations and security industry professional organizations.

Medgar A. Love
Senior Vice President
Mr. Medgar Love comes to Marksman Security with more than 18 years of experience in the security industry, previously holding positions as both a Director of Security and Director of Operations. For the past seven years, he has been an indispensable asset to Marksman, implementing security programs for some of South Florida’s most prestigious properties.
Mr. Love’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him a natural leader. He is a constant support to his staff and clients alike. In addition to conducting site surveys to identify critical areas of concern, Mr. Love also teaches customer service courses at many of Marksman’s venues.
From Marksman’s Fort Lauderdale headquarters, Mr. Love oversees all account executives and directs operations for the company’s largest market. He also collaborates closely on the company’s day-to-day operations with CEO Ezekiel Kaufman.

Warris Moten
Senior Vice President
Customer service and client satisfaction are values Mr. Warris Moten has derived from his 18 plus years of experience in the security industry. He has worked in just about every capacity, starting as a security officer and rising to executive leadership. His expertise involves providing customized security solutions for all verticals Marksman operates in.
As Senior Vice President, Mr. Moten contributes to the success of our internal and external processes, develops operational policies, and ensures our human capital remains on par with our identity as a leader in the industry. He also manages initiatives to advance Marksman’s strategic vision across the country.
Mr. Moten participates in networking and industry organizations such as ASIS, BOMA, CAI and IFMA.

Joel Leffler
Senior Vice President
Mr. Joel Leffler’s security career began in 1988 when he worked as a part-time security officer while attending college. A U.S. Army veteran with operational, sales and marketing experience, Mr. Leffler saw tremendous challenge and opportunity in the private security sector.
Prior to joining Marksman Security in 2015, Mr. Leffler owned and operated a well-known security services company in South Florida. His commitment to customer service, combined with talent for personnel selection and sales, propelled the company’s growth and success for 12 years.
He brings decades of military, security and customer service experience to the table and is committed to upgrading the professionalism of the security industry. His contributions have driven Marksman’s overall growth, providing expertise to a variety of clients, including residential and commercial real estate. Each day he works to ensure our mission of excellence in service.
Mr. Leffler is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where he earned a degree in Marketing and Digital Marketing. He actively participates in CAI, APMA, ASIS and the Aventura/Sunny Isles Marketing Council.

Travis Williams
Vice President of Client Services
Mr. Travis Williams joined Marksman Security in February 2021, bringing more than 22 years of experience in the security service industry to our team. Throughout his career, Mr. Williams has held roles such as Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Director, and Vice President of National Accounts.
In his current position, Mr. Williams develops and delivers value-based security service programs for a variety of industries by defining objectives while protecting the interests of the assets, tenants, guests, stakeholders, and service partners.
Relying on his experience in sales, operations, and team management, Mr. Williams leverages the full depth of Marksman’s dedicated team to create and deploy unparalleled security service programs throughout the southeastern United States.
Mr. Williams graduated from the University of Kennesaw in 1994, and is a member of BOMA and ASIS.

Michael Robertson, CPP
Senior Vice President
Mr. Robertson’s responsibilities include Global Partnerships, client and employee experience, and growth strategy. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Robertson has held senior leadership positions in the security, finance, commercial real estate, and hospitality industries. Consistently a top performer, he excelled in some of the world’s largest and most successful corporations.
Mr. Robertson attended the University of Arizona on a football scholarship and graduated on the Dean’s List with a degree in Business Administration and Communications.
He is also a graduate of the Military Academy at Camp San Louis Obispo, Calif., where he received the Leadership Excellence Award (presented to the candidate with the highest overall leadership score) and the prestigious Commandant’s Trophy. After his commission, he served as an Operations and Training Officer as well as Platoon Leader in the 49th Military Police Brigade (CA) as well as the California Military Department’s Security Forces Detachment where he led a joint command of soldiers specializing in Critical Infrastructure and Military Installation Security.
Mr. Robertson is a Board-Certified Protection Professional and an active member of ASIS International, the Global Special Operations Forces Foundation (SOF), and the International Association of Counterterrorism and Security Professionals (IACSS).

Tony Llamas
Vice President
Mr. Tony Llamas began his security career with Marksman in 2007 in South Florida. Exhibiting a notable dedication and capacity for service, Mr. Llamas quickly distinguished himself by succeeding with each project or mission thrown his way. Throughout the years Mr. Llamas has served our clients and organization at almost every level, including stints as an officer, site supervisor, area account executive, scheduling manager and branch manager prior to being awarded with his current position.
As Vice President, Mr. Llamas is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for one of Marksman’s largest offices nationally. Utilizing his trademark approachability and genuine personality, he manages area resources and our local support team with developing and attaining operational goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
He is committed to strengthening our brand not only throughout the Metroplex, but nationally as well. Beyond committing himself to his home market, he is also an essential member of our National Response Team.

Jeri Reed
Vice President
Ms. Jeri Reed began her career as a security professional in 2009. Since then, she has worked as a Security Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Director or Talent Acquisition and, most recently she attained the Branch Manager position in Atlanta. She joined the Marksman family in 2017 as one of our first employees in the Atlanta market, working at the well-known tourist attraction and event venue, College Football Hall of Fame.
As Vice President, Ms. Reed oversees the day-to-day operations of many branches throughout the country, ensuring a quality level of service for our client partners. She maintains oversight of operations, human resources, and talent acquisition.
Ms. Reed has many years of industry knowledge, including physical security, security operations and security management. She works closely with local municipalities such as the Dekalb County Fire Department where she passionately pursues initiatives that benefit our officers, our client partners, and the community in general.
Ms. Reed earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Public Service Administration from Valdosta State University. She is a licensed unarmed security officer in the state of Georgia.

Corey Benn
Vice President
Mr. Corey Benn maintains more than 15 years of experience in the security, asset protection, and logistics industries. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing successful security programs, and is a key member in the continued growth of our Nevada and California regions.
Since joining Marksman Security in 2014, Mr. Benn has worked in just about every capacity, starting as a security officer and rising to executive leadership. His past positions within the organization have provided him the unmatched, empathetic purview of the officers and clients necessary to succeed in this business.
In his current role, Mr. Benn oversees all branch staff, manages security policies and procedures, and participates in client relations. Mr. Benn has transitioned several key accounts in the Nevada and California regions and aided in the development of our new hire orientation program.
Mr. Benn holds an associate’s degree from Riverside City College where he participated in collegiate sports and on campus outreach programs. He is a CPR/AED/First Aid instructor, and holds training certificates in handcuff, baton, and OC spray.

Vice President
Mr. Bryant Clarke serves as Vice President and our Las Vegas market leader, and brings more than a decade of experience in the security industry.
In his role, Mr. Clarke ensures the Las Vegas branch runs smoothly, including onboarding and training employees, scheduling, contingency management, and operations.
He joined Marksman Security in 2013 as a Security Officer, and during the last 10 years, has been promoted five times, serving as a Security Officer, Security Director, Personnel Manager, Director of Operations, Branch Manager, and now Vice President.

Dennis Sween
Vice President
Mr. Dennis Sween brings over 20 years of experience in the security industry. Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Sween served eight years in the United States Marine Corps as a military policeman where he reached the rank of sergeant. Upon his honorable discharge, he joined the Army National Guard where his six-year term was highlighted by a successful tour in Afghanistan.
After serving our country, Mr. Sween worked his way up from security officer to operations manager, and eventually division manager for one of the largest security companies in the United States. He has amassed a vast knowledge in security relating to commercial high-rises, retail centers and residential properties, enabling him to anticipate issues and provide unmatched customer service to his clients.
Mr. Sween is active in both ASIS International and Pets for Soldiers.

Saul Navas
Vice President
Mr. Saul Navas began his career with Marksman Security in 2009, as a security officer. Over the last decade plus he has held positions such as Account Executive, Director of Operations and most recently, Vice President. He is heavily engaged in day-to-day operations, client partner relations, officer training and development, program design, talent acquisition, and business development in our South Florida market, specializing in the Miami-Dade area.
Mr. Navas believes strongly in maintaining a positive and developmental relationship with our officers and that their performance and satisfaction is vital to our growth and success as a company. By offering opportunities for personal growth, professional achievement, and career advancement to our employees he works to prove that professional performance is consistently recognized and rewarded.
Mr. Navas holds a bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. He holds certifications in many aspects of security management, including emergency preparedness, active shooter mitigation, physical security and report writing. He is also a Certified NRA Instructor.

Kevin Ruidiaz
Vice President
Mr. Kevin Ruidiaz joined Marksman in 2010 as a Security Officer after transitioning from active-duty military status in the United States Marine Corps.
With his background in law enforcement and public service as a Military Police Officer for five years, Mr. Ruidiaz rapidly excelled and was promoted to Account Executive, then Vice President in South Florida in June 2022.
Through the growth of Marksman Security in the South Florida market, opportunities enabled Mr. Ruidiaz to display his leadership, security operations, and management skills, overseeing Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
Mr. Ruidiaz embraced his role as a leader, continuing to learn and exemplify Marksman’s core values, in connection with his service to our team and client partners.

Daryl Moore
Vice President of Information Systems and Administration
Mr. Daryl Moore has been a critical part of Marksman’s long-term strategic success for over 15 years. He started as a front desk supervisor at an upscale residential property in Sunny Isles, Fla., and rose to executive leadership. Mr. Moore has an extensive background in high-end hospitality venues, which aligns with Marksman’s reputation for excellence in service.
As Vice President of Information Systems and Administration, Mr. Moore manages the accounting and financial reporting procedures of the company, nationwide. He oversees all employees involved in the accounting process, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory and compliance.
Mr. Moore also acts as system administrator, analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems, applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes and installing and configuring new hardware and software.

Troy Blume
Vice President
Mr. Troy Blume has nearly three decades of experience in the security and retail management industries. As one of the security industry’s leading executives, Mr. Blume has a proven track record of implementing security programs, client relations and exceeding business growth strategies.
Mr. Blume began his career in 1994 as a Public Safety Officer at Sherman Oaks Fashion Square in Southern California. He relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah, in May 2001, and served as Director of Public Safety at Crossroads Plaza/Key Bank Tower. In 2002, he worked extensively with the Salt Lake Organizing Committee and local authorities, successfully implementing security procedures at the XIX Olympic Winter Games.
Before joining Marksman Security, Mr. Blume was Vice President of Operations at a large local security services provider in Phoenix, Arizona. While there, he expanded the company’s business in Utah, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. In February 2022, he joined Marksman Security as a Vice President and leads our growth efforts as we continue to expand along the Wasatch Front. In his role, he is responsible for the full-service security operations, consulting, and other support services in connection with digital technologies.

Jeff Fuesting
Vice President
Since joining Marksman Security as Vice President in 2020, Mr. Fuesting brings a wealth of leadership experience with an emphasis on customer service, strategic planning, and personal development of
leadership teams within the organization. His collaboration with our client partners has resulted in improved communication and safety awareness, incorporating principles of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).
With a distinguished 26-year law enforcement career spanning various facets of public safety, Mr.
Fuesting has held leadership roles such as Chief of Police and Precinct Commander. His community policing strategies combined with criminal enforcement strategies led to reductions of crime and
increased satisfaction in communities he served throughout his career.
Mr. Fuesting holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Columbia College and completed
prestigious programs such as PERF’s Senior Management Institute for Police, the FBI’s Executive Development course, and Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command. He is an active member of ASIS, further contributing to his commitment to excellence in the security industry.

With nearly two decades of experience in the security industry, Mr. Brennan McCullars has a successful track record in healthcare, logistics, and executive protection, showcasing a diverse skill set. Having worked in various capacities, beginning as a security officer, Mr. McCullars climbed the ranks to executive leadership, gaining valuable insights.
In his current role as Vice President, he oversees security operations, managing onsite security officers, and leading emergency response planning for a Fortune 500 client partner, demonstrating his commitment to comprehensive security management. As Vice President, Mr. McCullars collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of security delivery and client satisfaction.
As an ASIS Board Certified Protection Professional, coupled with Texas State security licenses and training certificates in handcuff, baton, OC Spray, and Taser conducted energy device, Mr. McCullars is dedicated to promoting a safe environment for employees, client partners, and assets, reflecting his commitment to excellence in security practices.

Vice President
Since August 2019, Mr. Eric Arrington has served as Vice President. In his role, he is responsible for the daily operations, growth, and scheduling.
Mr. Arrington has spent the last 25 years of his career serving as a Police Officer in Fayetteville, Ga. as well as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army. His strong military and law enforcement experience combined with his larger-than-life personality make him an asset to the Marksman family.

Nicole Torres
Vice President, Global Partners
Ms. Nicole Torres joined Marksman Security in November 2023 and brings a rich tapestry of experiences that span various sectors, each contributing to her unique perspective on leadership, crisis management, and operational excellence.
Ms. Torres’ professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where she managed food and beverage operations in large chain hotels, mastering the art of delivering exceptional customer experiences. After earning a B.S. in Environmental Science, she worked in environmental consulting, serving as an environmental Consultant and Program Manager, honing her skills in strategic planning and project execution.
A pivotal shift led her to law enforcement, where she served as a police officer for 20 years. Her commitment to public safety enabled her to master special operations and emergency management, shaping her ability to think independently, make critical decisions under pressure, and effectively coordinate complex operations. While serving in law enforcement, she earned a B.A. in Applied Psychology/Forensics and an M.S. in Public Safety, specializing in Emergency Management.
Taking her skills to new heights, she spent six years as a USMC contractor, with the training program for DOD police officers at the East Coast Police Academy located at Camp Johnson, later moving to run the training department at Blount Island Marine Corps Facility.

Thomas Presley
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Thomas Presley has more than 30 years of operational and administrative leadership experience in law enforcement and in the security industry. His law enforcement career highlighted his strategic planning and problem-solving skills through range master, narcotics investigation, training supervisor at the Huntsville Police Academy, mobile field force commander, precinct operations commander (specializing in risk management and community policing with Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED), Administrative Bureau Commander, specializing in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), technology in law enforcement, database management, and evidence preservation.
In 2019, Mr. Presley began his career with Marksman Security as site operations manager for a Fortune 500 client partner and has since been promoted to Vice President of Operations. His skill set was critical in the development and transition of two separate Security Operation Centers (SOCs) at two Fortune 500 companies. He has experience in major and minor start-ups, including data centers, manufacturing, construction, and logistics.
Mr. Presley earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Faulkner University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Wesley Brown
National Director of Training
Mr. Wesley Brown joined Marksman Security in 2019 as Director of Training and heads our National Training Program. He is an acclaimed trainer with 20 years of experience in the security industry, following 10 years in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant and 10 years as a Deputy Sheriff in Prince William County, Virginia. Certified by the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) in military, law enforcement and security instruction, he has taught thousands of students on firearms safety, anti-terrorism instruction, defensive tactics and use of force policy/procedures. Mr. Brown specializes in physical security evaluations, risk analyses and business surveys, but his true passion is in developing and teaching security officer coursework and leadership programs.

Merissa Rios
Senior Claims Manager
Ms. Merissa Rios brings nearly a decade of workers’ compensation claims management experience to the Marksman team. As Senior Claims Manager, Ms. Rios oversees all workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability claims nationwide, helping to minimize risk and enhance training programs within the company.
Prior to joining Marksman, Ms. Rios worked as a licensed claims adjuster for a third-party insurance company and processed claims in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

Director of Marketing and Communications
Ms. Stephanie Squires joined Marksman Security with more than 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing, and branding in corporate and non-profit sectors.
As Markman’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Ms. Squires leads all digital marketing, branding, social media, and corporate responsibility initiatives. Ms. Squires has a passion for storytelling and believes everyone has a unique perspective which needs to be heard.
Prior to joining Marksman, Ms. Squires spent two years at a tech firm where she co-managed their charitable giving program, partnered with top-tier media representatives, and managed their corporate social media channels.
Ms. Squires earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business Management from Utah Valley University in 2002.

Michael Messina
Vice President of Client Services
Mike passed away on Dec. 31, 2022, in Alpharetta, GA, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 69. Known for his industry knowledge, quick wit, gentle disposition, and tenacity, Mike joined our Atlanta team in May of 2019 and greatly contributed to Marksman’s growth and success.

Mr. Mike Messina joins Marksman with 30 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing security programs for Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Campus, Financial Institutions, and Healthcare client partners.
In his current role as Vice President of Client Services, Mr. Messina oversees our client management process in the Southeast region, delivering quality service to internal and external clients. He is responsible for profit and loss analyses, developing strategies to control overtime, training business development managers, and business plan development and execution for long term growth and profitability.
Throughout his career in the Atlanta market, Mr. Messina has held roles such as Regional Director of Quality Assurance, District Manager, Director of Operations, Manager of Customer Support, Branch Manager, and Sales Representative. He has expertise in client interface, servicing large, prestigious accounts, and transitioning of over 100 accounts throughout the country.
Mr. Messina studied Communications at the City University of New York and is a member of ASIS and BOMA.
